The Ledematen Province Groningen was originally developed by Menne Glas but is now managed by the Groningen Archives. It contains many church membership lists by community with many dating to the 1600's.

The Historische Vereniging Westerwolde website provides a lot of information about the Westerwolde area and many links to other regional historic websites and databases. The Westerwolde area begins with Bellingwolde (just across the border from Wymeer, Ostfriesland) and runs to the Drenthe/Overijssel province borders. The site is in Dutch but most can be read with translate.google.com or other translators.
