Lin Strong will provide an overview of Emden before World War II and the changes the war brought to it.  Much of the old city was lost and this session will provide insights into what was lost and what has chnaged.  This session will be followed by OGSA's annual meeting.  The meeting is open to all members but attendance for both is not required.  We hope to see you there.

Tulips were a tradition in the low countries and were the subject of massive financial speculation in the 1630's when a tulip bulb producing striped flowers brought the same price as a luxury house.  Fortunately they are much more affordable know so we can enjoy them.  Lin Strong will take us on a tour of Keukenhof, the world famous tulip garden and the Keukenhof Castle in Lisse, Netherlands in this colorful presentation.
